Mango Lassi is hands down the best accompaniment to any Indian meal. Having grown up on the stuff, it’s hard for me to resist the dairy laden sweetness when it’s presented to me.

Somehow, the stars aligned and I had all of the ingredients on hand to make an allergy friendly version!
Ingredients:
- One container of frozen vanilla soy yogurt
- 15 oz of mango pulp
- A tray of ice
Blend all three ingredients. Voila!
