Does anyone else feel like this year is flying? How is it already February?!
This past weekend was cold and rainy, which means it was perfect Costco weather. I’m convinced lots of people in the Orlando area had the same idea because Costco was packed. We still managed to walk out with some great buys. Here are my favorites:
Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancake Mix:
I have wanted to try this pancake mix for ages. I’ve seen it all over the blogging world and on Instagram, so I was very excited to see Costco carrying it. I’ve tried Kodiak Cakes Oatmeal and I liked so I’m thinking that I’ll like this, too! Matt broke open the box for Sunday waffles and he approves.
I’m on a cucumber and pickle kick lately so these will be great for snacking and dipping. I’m thinking a cumin yogurt dip is on my menu for this week.
Organic Raw Cashews:
I LOVE cashews. They’re probably my favorite nut. I think this is because I grew up eating them in Indian desserts and so the flavor just takes me back to the good old days. I plan to use these to snack on and for the raw cheesecake I’ve been dreaming about since my birthday in January.
Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
This is my second time buying this sauce. It’s SO good! I love that it’s sugar free and the flavor is great. I served it over ravioli at my birthday party and it was almost as good as homemade.
Made in Nature Black Mission Figs:
I became obsessed with these dried figs when I lived in Seattle. I’ve never seen a bag of dried figs this big and I had to buy them. I only snack on a few at a time so I’m positive they’ll last a while. Dried figs are a great snack for days when you’re on the go or traveling.
Bare Dried Apple Chips:
These are so good! They are dried fiji apples that have a nice little crunch to them. They’re kind of dangerous and I could see myself eating way too many in one sitting.
It seems like I picked up a lot of snacks, but I’m okay with that. You can never have too many snacks.
Your turn: Have you tried Kodiak Protein Pancakes? Thoughts?
