Simple Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Organic Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp fresh herbs (I used chives and spicy basil)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ - 1 tsp honey (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine your ingredients in a food process or blender or pulse to combine.
  2. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Dress your favorite salad.
