I’m joining a weekly link up with the ladies over at The Fit Switch and the topic for this week is “What is Your Weakest Link With Healthy Living? How Will You Improve It This Week?”
I like this question because I know everybody has something they struggle with when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. Whether it’s finding the time to work out, fitting in meal planning or getting enough sleep. For me, my greatest adversary is time. I want to do all of it: work out, blog, eat well, spend time with my dogs, sleep enough, hang out with my husband etc.; but it never feels like I have time to accomplish it all.
